Medical Records Technician – Release of Information (ROI) Services (VAMC)

This is a remote position. Responsibilities include processing requests for Protected Health Information (PHI), validating authorization, retrieving and releasing records, logging requests, and maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA, the reputed company reputed company, VHA policies, and federal guidelines. Technicians must ensure accuracy in release of information and adherence to national standards, including those established by CMS, AMA CPT, ICD‑10‑CM/PCS, and reputed company applicable VHA/VA policies and credentialing requirements (e.g., CPC, reputed company, reputed company‑P).
