Role Description CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join CareLinx by Sharecare. LVNs have the opportunity to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including: • Skilled nursing facilities • Assisted living facilities • Patients' homes • Senior living centers • Hospital/clinical settings We offer various shifts including day, night, weekdays, and weekends – choose the shifts to fit your schedule. Essential Job Functions: • Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including helping with the preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan • Collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs • Administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers • Communicates with the care team as needed • Completes, maintains, and submits accurate and relevant documentation • Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities when required • Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment Qualifications • Three months of nursing experience • Ability to communicate in English • Active Nursing License/Certification • Active CPR/BLS certification • Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster • Medical requirements including physicals and TB test may be required • Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed Requirements • Compassionate and caring nature • Demonstrates empathy and patience when assisting members with personal and sensitive care needs • Provides support in a way that upholds dignity, comfort, and trust • Reliable and professional - when you commit to a shift, you can be counted on! • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Able to work independently and manage varying client schedules • Tech-savvy and comfortable with phone app-based scheduling Benefits • Salary: $30-$35/hour Company Description CareLinx by Sharecare is a leading nationwide network of tech-enabled caregivers and licensed nurses dispatched on-demand to serve patients in need.
