Our commitment to delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with our clients has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in transformation. **Job Summary** As a Benefits Enrollment Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ADP client employees, answering their questions, and resolving their issues related to benefits and open enrollment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing our comprehensive training program. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees regarding benefits and open enrollment * Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their benefits and open enrollment options * Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents * Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization * Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures * Record employee enrollment in benefits * Utilize your expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures **Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via inbound calls, email, and chat * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word * Ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers * Strong attendance and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results **Training and Onboarding** * Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role * Training will take place at our training location in El Paso, Texas, and will last for 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm * After completing training, you will work 100% remotely, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday and Friday, 6am-6pm, with one Saturday per month (overtime) **Contract Length and Opportunities for Growth** * This is a 3-month contract opportunity, with the possibility of growth and extension based on performance and demand * We offer a competitive compensation package, with opportunities for professional growth and development **Benefits and Perks** * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan, with pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability insurance * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
