**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
* Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
* Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
* Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
* Provide customers with product and service information as needed
* Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
* Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Professional work ethic
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
* Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
* Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
* Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
* Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
* Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information

* High-speed internet
* Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience
* Experience working in a call center environment
