**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing each with empathy, care, and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to phone inquiries from patients, addressing each with empathy, care, and attention to detail
* Use expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and document all interactions in real-time
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better, using knowledge gained from training and problem-solving skills
* Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating appropriately if necessary
* Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice, providing clear and concise information

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
* General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
