**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. **Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Retain existing customer monthly memberships by providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly
* Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns in a efficient and effective manner
* Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Previous work from home experience (a plus, but not required)
* Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust
* Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new programs and systems
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent verbal communication skills
* Availability to work Saturdays (required for the position)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual or multilingual (English and Spanish, or other languages)
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Familiarity with our products and services (a plus, but not required)
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
