**Your Impact**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You'll have the opportunity to:

**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: A solid educational foundation is essential for this position.
* **IT/Network certifications/degrees**: While not required, relevant certifications or degrees can be beneficial.
* **18 years of age or older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Proven call center experience**: A background in customer service or a related field is essential.
* **Typing 25 WPM**: You should be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute.
* **Proficient in PC operation and navigation**: Familiarity with computers and software applications is necessary.
* **Entry-level network troubleshooting**: Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting is a plus.
* **Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network**: You should be able to configure and troubleshoot home Wi-Fi networks.
* **Ability to set up and configure a router or switch**: Familiarity with network hardware is beneficial.
* **Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer**: You should be comfortable using a computer for extended periods.
* **Able to work independently**: Self-motivation and discipline are essential for this role.
* **Excellent communications skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
* **Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment**: You should be adaptable and able to handle pressure.
