With a strong presence in the Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and provider programs, we're committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. Your primary function will be to gather and enter detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports, handle member inquiries and complaint intake, and work closely with internal departments to address real-time issues. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to gather and enter detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports * Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion * Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services * Identifying and assessing members' additional needs and intaking member concerns * Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) * High school diploma or equivalent * One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere * Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone * Positive and helpful attitude * Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability * Ability to work independently and/or with a team * Accurately type 35 wpm or more * Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology * Ability to empathize with the member and/or member's guardian * Must be able to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or transportation-related industry * Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) or similar industries * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working with proprietary technology and software **Job Requirements** * Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must have the ability to work flexible shifts to include overnights and weekends **What You'll Need if Working Remotely** * Well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction * Notebook or desktop computer with minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available * High-speed broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
