**About the Role**
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, providing empathetic and comprehensive solutions to their healthcare-related concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a steady volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve their healthcare-related issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, often in real-time, and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs.
- Manage multiple systems and software applications to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
**Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and software applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
