**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Work-from-Home Customer Service Agent to join our team. **Essential Qualifications**
* Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, or bilingual in Spanish and English.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
* Friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
