**Experienced Data Entry Clerk and Office Assistant – Professional Learning Organization Support**

**Key Responsibilities:**
### Data Entry and Document Management
* Accurately enter and manage data related to professional learning activities, reimbursement procedures, and certification processes.
* Organize and maintain records, ensuring that all documents are properly stored, managed, and accessible when needed.
* Regularly pull reports to capture professional learning activities completed by network schools and provide data summaries to leadership.
### Stakeholder Communication and Support
* Respond to inquiries from school leaders, teachers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and accurate information on professional learning programs and certification requirements.
* Communicate with stakeholders regarding reimbursement procedures and collect required documents for review.
* Offer technical support to team leaders and stakeholders as needed, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving.
### Administrative Support
* Assist the Director of Professional Learning and other team leads in the development and implementation of professional learning initiatives.
* Support the Executive Director in organizing documents, reports, and communications to ensure smooth operations.
* Facilitate the recertification process by collecting and processing teacher applications, tracking deadlines, and communicating status updates.
* Perform additional administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing communications, and assisting with general office tasks.
### Technical Support and System Management
* Provide technical support to staff and stakeholders, ensuring that systems and tools used for professional learning and certification are functioning effectively.
* Assist in managing online platforms used for submitting professional learning proposals, tracking completion, and managing reimbursements.
* Maintain accuracy in data entry and document management, ensuring compliance with state and organizational policies.
### Collaboration and Teamwork
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure that professional learning programs meet state requirements and organizational goals.
* Work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Professional Learning, and Director of Certification & Compliance team, to support the smooth operation of services offered to schools.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for internal use or stakeholder meetings.
**Qualifications:**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or additional training in office administration, data management, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience:
+ Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role is preferred.
+ Experience working in an educational environment or supporting professional development is a plus.
* Skills:
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
