As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-level analytical support and drive business decisions. As a part of our Coke Florida Choice Support Group, you'll be working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven insights and strategic decision support. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions * Investigating the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) * Maintaining and updating required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models * Identifying errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and providing solutions * Proactively searching for patterns and trends in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the business needs to address or consider * Supporting the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued improvement of value chain capabilities * Modeling business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements * Providing ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and developing business case outlines * Any remaining related and assigned tasks **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation * Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling * Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI * Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of Financial and Loss Reporting * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL * Experience with statistical analysis using R or a similar tool * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools * Familiarity with SharePoint * Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes * Project management or support experience **What We Offer:** As a part of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Flexible part-time schedule, with 8 hours per week * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Professional development and growth opportunities, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and open communication * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies, including data analytics and visualization software **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for data-driven insights and strategic decision support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
