**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving their issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming communications from customers
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Provide exceptional service through voice, chat, or email interactions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
* A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
