**Key Responsibilities**
As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* **Managing Incoming Guest Inquiries**: Respond to guest inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to ensure exceptional customer service.
* **Assisting with Reservations and Property Inquiries**: Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions, providing informed assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* **Resolving Client Complaints or Issues**: Follow up on client complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving problems efficiently.
* **Maintaining Detailed Knowledge of arenaflex Properties and Services**: Stay up-to-date with arenaflex properties, services, and promotions, providing informed assistance and recommendations to guests.
* **Documenting Interactions and Following Up on Unresolved Inquiries**: Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience and ensure that all guest concerns are addressed.
* **Collaborating with Team Members**: Work with team members to improve service delivery, identify trends in guest feedback, and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience in Customer Service or Guest Relations**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
