About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with internal departments to meet customer needs and provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues
- Enter data into various platforms to ensure accurate records and reporting
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a third-party background check
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week; flexibility to work full-time or part-time
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and USB headset required
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with CRM software and data entry systems
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
