**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
* Ensuring seamless travel experiences by owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
* Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Proficiency in English
