Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and support, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Advocate to join our ranks. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment * Responding to inquiries, completing various daily tasks, and providing verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts * Maintaining a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and arenaflex associates * Ensuring CRM compliance and accurate documentation * Managing tickets and emails in a timely fashion * Participating in inbound and outbound call work as assigned * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **General Experience** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to internal and external customers * A patient and client-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care and support * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Ability to work in a secure environment, with a focus on protecting sensitive information and adhering to HIPAA and privacy requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.com * Demonstrated ability to meet individual level metrics and adapt to changing business needs **Qualifications** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Advocate with: * A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ activities per day) * Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment, preferably in a medical device company * Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, email, fax, or web modalities * Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues, including those that require independent thinking and sound judgment skills * Strong commitment to quality and patient care * Ability to work in a multitasking role and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong skillset in keyboarding and typing (40 WPM) **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative and supportive team. This may include training, meetings, in-office staff days, internet outages in your area, IT Helpdesk needs, and other development opportunities. Advanced notice will be provided for all outside of IT Helpdesk needs. **Key Metric Expectations** As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be expected to meet the following key metrics: * Attendance: regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role * Quality Scores: all activities are subject to a quality review, and quality scores must be at or above the minimum acceptable rate * Unavailable time: adherence to schedule and time available for calls and activities * HIPAA and Privacy escalations: tracking and monitoring of HIPAA and privacy escalations, with a focus on regulatory compliance * Other metrics: average call wrap time, productivity, average call handle time, and general service level expectations **OT and Holiday Potential** arenaflex may require overtime and holiday work, based on business needs.
