In this role, you will be the voice of the customer, providing expert guidance and support to our US Government and enterprise clients as they navigate the complexities of AWS record and charging services. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading provider of cloud computing services, offering a wide range of solutions to businesses and governments around the world. Our AWS Client Care team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert guidance and support to our clients as they build and deploy critical applications on top of AWS services like Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our US Government and enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues, and driving activities that improve client communications with AWS record and charging data. You will work closely with our AWS Venture group, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Be the client-facing voice for USG and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues * Work with Enterprise clients to understand how they use AWS record and charging services, and provide valuable insights and recommendations * Perform in-depth analysis on USG/Enterprise client records and charging statements * Educate clients on reporting options, warnings, and budgets * Provide brief, effective, detailed, client-focused support to Enterprise clients * Collaborate with client service peers around the world to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of service * Drive activities that improve client communications with AWS record and charging data * Act as the Voice of the Client for our Enterprise clients, identifying and following up on areas for improvement * Effectively seek solutions to client needs, convey patterns to management, and propose innovative solutions for the client experience * Assist with Enterprise client communication during AWS major releases and support events * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS specific products and features * Work with AWS teams to drive resolution of client issues * Ensure internal knowledge base pages are up-to-date **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent * 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients * 3+ years of advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) skills * Current, active US Government Trusted status of TS/SCI with Polygraph **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in service and record management positions * A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to solve client issues * Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment * Exhibited achievement driving cross-functional goals * SQL and other social database insight * Strong familiarity with web technologies and the web * Understanding of cloud-based computing and storage concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$40/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud computing services * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities and training * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
