**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our online chat software, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in real-time. **Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Support**: Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
* **Evaluating Customer Interactions**: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
* **Building Relationships**: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
* **Responding to Customer Questions**: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately.
* **Promoting Client Products and Services**: Promote interest in client products and services.
* **Maintaining a Positive Image**: Continually portray and project a positive and professional image.
* **Providing Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
* **Assisting with Overflow Work**: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
