As a key member of our Inbound Outreach group, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs
* Utilize the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Collaborate with product providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
* Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth
* Participate in sales challenges, training sessions, and other company-wide initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
**What You'll Need**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
