**Experienced Director of Data Analytics – Retail and E-commerce Insights**

As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our goals on a regular basis. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze business issues within your area of expertise, challenging assumptions to uncover underlying drivers and recommend solutions * Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translating business requirements into actionable plans and adjusting the team to the business strategy while executing goals * Recognize and recommend the most suitable visualization tools based on context and define application design based on client needs, including building compelling stories based on context, presenting to and influencing different audiences using appropriate data visualization, and adapting communication style based on partners * Provide overall direction by examining business goals and client needs, including creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and projects; investigating costs and estimates and integrating into strategies; and deciding and supporting resource requirements * Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and supporting partners while upholding the organization's principles of integrity and ethics **What You'll Bring** * Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive) * Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) * Ability to communicate complex metrics to executives clearly * Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business * Experience developing new metrics to track business influence * Experience leading a team of analysts * Familiarity with building dashboards and reports that combine data from multiple sources * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) **What We're Looking For** * A passion for data-driven decision making and a strong understanding of business metrics * Experience with AI and data science techniques * A collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
