As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a bilingual customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving damaged shipment issues * Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements using their accumulated reward points * Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their reward points and travel bookings * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a yes environment * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows: * Day one: 9am-5:30pm * Training hours after the first day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM * Multiple schedules available after training (shifts are first come, first serve) **Requirements** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate * 6+ months of customer service and call center experience * Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with diverse customer populations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
