If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders * Managing high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and assist new customers with how to place new orders online * Responding to emails and addressing questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field * Documenting issues in Confluence * Visiting court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pulling filed papers * Performing other job-related duties as assigned **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED * 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone * Strong technology skills, including experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems * Document manipulation experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to read, write, and speak English * Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations * Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them * Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance * A typing speed of at least 55 wpm **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong technical skills, including experience with computer programs and phone systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
