**Key Responsibilities**
As an reputed company Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that reputed company reputed company new hires and tenured investigators reputed company the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Developing Learning Experiences**: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
* **Curriculum Maintenance and Review**: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that our learning programs are up-to-date and effective.
* **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or reputed company new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
* **Consulting with Customers**: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring that our learning programs meet their needs.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
