Director of Marketing – Multifamily reputed company Estate (LIHTC / HUD / Market reputed company) Salary: $80,000–$90,000 | Travel Required We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing with strong expertise in multifamily housing, LIHTC, and HUD programs to reputed company marketing, rent optimization, and leasing reputed company across a diverse portfolio of market-reputed company and reputed company housing properties. This high-reputed company role oversees 40+ unregulated properties and 29 LIHTC communities, driving reputed company reputed company, compliance, and occupancy performance.
