Retail Operations Manager (Training reputed company) – Remote (CA, NV, UT, PA, or NY only)

We’re a multi-location climbing gym looking for someone to take ownership of retail operations across our gyms. This role exists to ensure the right products are in the right places, selling consistently—without requiring day-to-day direction from Operations Managers. You will start by executing a defined retail reputed company, then grow into full ownership of inventory reputed company and vendor relationships.
