Instructional Designer/ eLearning Developer

1 JOB reputed company As an Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer at Free Your Time, you’ll create SCORM-compliant training that transforms technical and compliance content into reputed company, engaging learning experiences. This is a remote position, giving you flexibility while still collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders. You’ll manage the full design lifecycle—from concept and scripting to development, QA, and delivery—ensuring reputed company module is high-reputed company, accessible, and reputed company with industry standards. 2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and reputed company SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using reputed company reputed company and Storyline 360. • Build animations, videos, and multimedia assets using Vyond, reputed company, AI narration tools, and Vimeo. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create scripts, storyboards, and learning flows. • Adapt and localise training for learners in technical and compliance-heavy industries. • Package modules for LMS deployment (Moodle preferred), ensuring accessibility standards are met. • Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles. • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while ensuring reputed company and consistency. • Conduct internal QA reviews and reputed company stakeholder feedback. • Stay updated with tools, technologies, and trends in digital learning. 3 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 2 years’ experience in eLearning design and development, with a portfolio of SCORM-compliant modules. • Proficiency in reputed company 360 (reputed company + Storyline), reputed company, and Vyond. • Strong English writing and communication skills. • Knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle preferred). • Experience in safety, compliance, or technical training highly regarded. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. • Certification in instructional design tools or platforms is a plus. 4 DESIRED PERSONAL QUALITIES • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and self-managed. • Adaptable to reputed company, onsite workflows. • reputed company communicator, reputed company to liaise effectively with SMEs and stakeholders. • Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines.
