**Job Description**
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide exceptional customer experiences. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work with your family commitments or other work opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
