With a focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and provide them with the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner. * Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet our clients' needs. * Cooperating with clients to determine their requirements and advising them on the best destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. * Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages that meet our clients' expectations. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. * Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools. * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. * Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience. * Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in written and verbal communication. * Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting. **Work Environment** As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, requiring a quiet, dedicated workspace.
