**Key Responsibilities**
As a Patient Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Loan Applications**: Assisting patients with loan applications and ensuring a smooth process.
* **Testing and Scheduling**: Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches, including rescheduling as needed.
* **Communication**: Handling phone calls, Zoom calls, text messages, and voicemails with patients and team members.
* **Administrative Tasks**: Completing forms, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative duties as required.
* **Supplement Sales**: Selling and ordering supplements for patients, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
* **Health Coaching Support**: Providing administrative support to health coaches, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
