Your key responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Work Environment and Schedule** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team of professionals. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
