Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients have a seamless experience
- Troubleshoot technical issues with online tools and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve our goals
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and quality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information
Requirements
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
