As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to follow up on sales, appointments, or other customer-related matters * Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner * Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality * Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on new developments and initiatives * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Flexible availability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends * English language proficiency, with the ability to understand and communicate complex customer inquiries * Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections * Strong work ethic and self-starter, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems * Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software applications * Leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction * Reliable transportation, with the ability to work from a quiet, dedicated space free from distractions **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and productivity **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.
