**Key Responsibilities**
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Delivering precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience
* Scheduling appointments by discerning customer needs and preferences, and following up with customers to confirm appointments
* Cultivating and updating a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services, ensuring that our agents have the most up-to-date information to provide to customers
* Recording customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, ensuring that we can effectively track and follow up with customers
* Summarizing chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients
**Required Skills**
To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong decision-making and analytical acumen, with the ability to analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
* Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other tools
* Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM, with the ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

**Qualifications**
While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, we do require the following qualifications:
* A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience
* Must successfully pass a background check
