**Skills and Qualifications**
* Active Adjuster Insurance License
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
* Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent logical problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Over 18 years of age
