**Job Summary**
As a Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing planned and unplanned Sales activities that impact orders and customers. You will lead cross-functional meetings, drive process improvement initiatives, and conduct day-to-day customer service activities to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements during promotional activities. Your expertise in SAP queries, reports, and systems, as well as your ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers, will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage planned and unplanned Sales activities that impact orders and customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of customer requirements.
* Run SAP queries and use reports to identify trends and solutions, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Lead cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain operations and customer service processes.
* Conduct day-to-day customer service activities, including managing escalated issues and providing clear and thorough documentation and communication.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers.
* Ensure execution of all Customer requirements during promotional activities, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
**Requirements**
* High School diploma or GED equivalent.
* Availability to work rotating weekends.
* Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience preferred.
* At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center.
* Three years in a customer-facing role; three years in a call center are preferred.
* Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers.
* Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems.
* Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication.
* Must be able to operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
* Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred.
