**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our remote support channels. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve how-to questions, investigate issues, and provide expert guidance on our platform. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with arenaflex clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on our platform.
* Provide expert guidance on our products and services, both at a technical and client-use case level.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to deliver accurate and effective support.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and satisfaction, and work with clients to implement solutions.
* Partner with leadership to drive organizational efficiency, share feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with peer colleagues (Sales, Onboarding, Record Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase client engagement and retention.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of experience in providing Software as-a-Service (SaaS) customer support to organizations with complex models where you've positively impacted clients.
* Proven background in supporting multiple online software or SaaS products or IT experience.
* Experience in developing best practices focused on help quality and efficiency, possibly from having held roles as an SME, Mentor, or Leader.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team.
* Multiple instances of focusing on maximum impact/effort work among competing needs or requests.
* Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript).
* Knowledge of exploring and working with multiple support networks (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a similar role at a SaaS company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services.
* Certification in customer support or a related field.
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
