**Experienced Full Stack Principal Global Client Lead (AE/ADM) + Agency Development Manager (ADM) Hybrid Role – Global Customer Development at arenaflex**
**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking an Experienced Full Stack Principal Global Client Lead (AE/ADM) + Agency Development Manager (ADM) hybrid role to join our Global Customer Development organization. This dynamic role will provide coverage between business vacancies across Global AE and ADM roles, driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and their agencies. As a key member of our Amazon Adapt team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with C-level decision makers in media, global e-commerce leadership, global brand teams, and client's media agency(ies) to develop global Joint Business Plans, operationalize the global relationship, drive inclusion of Amazon Advertising in key brands' global media planning, interface with programmatic and ad tech teams, and help solve clients' marketing and media challenges with the breadth of our analytics and insights offering.

Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave of absence (parental, medical) or unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service, strategic partnership, and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Adapt Principal Global Client Lead (AE/ADM) within Amazon Ads, you will serve as the client partner to one of our large, strategic advertisers. You will work directly with the client's global media & brand teams, including VP-level and up to the global CMO. A key deliverable for this role is the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) - signed into a global advertiser agreement - that structures our relationship. These are very large and highly complex (20+ locales, 10+ global brands, 10+ ad products) relationships that are now growing into cross-enterprise engagements. Internally, the Global Client Lead sets the standards and will raise the bar for the community of local teams working on the account, as well as interface with multiple product & partner teams to invent on behalf of their customer.
**Core Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for a Holding Company and its agencies at a global level or a Global Direct Advertiser Agreement, as relevant.
2. Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level
3. Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded, programmatic and biddable products
4. Lead education and enablement of key agency/advertiser functions including delivery of org-wide customer events
5. Identify opportunities for agency/advertiser collaboration around large-scale creative solutions - including proactive engagement with creative agencies
6. Liaise with in-locale AE or ADM teams to identify transformative opportunities for partnerships offered by Amazon Ads's product development roadmap
**Basic Qualifications:**
1. 10+ years digital ad sales experience
2. 8+ years of B2B sales experience
3. Experience in business development working with media agencies and or global advertisers
4. Ability to build strong senior relationships both internally and externally very quickly
5. Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management with Global C-level stakeholders
6. Strong analytical abilities
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
8. This is a client-facing role and requires up to 30% global travel as needed or 2x per month on average
