**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers.
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations.
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers.
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for every customer interaction.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
* 18 years of age.
* Flexible to the needs of the business.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To ensure you have a seamless experience working from home, you'll need:
* A 19-inch standalone monitor.
* A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless).
* A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile).
* A noise/distraction-free home office environment.
