**Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer Business**

In this role, the Information Investigator will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack development but also become a trusted thought partner, helping to drive process improvements. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a world-renowned leader in the entertainment and media industry, with a rich history of innovation and creativity. As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity, diversity, and inclusion. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize the most pressing business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions * Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a steady stream of Pack intel and insights * Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from various perspectives * Define and investigate target audience segments to drive Pack growth and development * Work with other Examination teams to gather and integrate relevant Pack data from multiple sources, weaving insights into a cohesive and compelling narrative * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pack patterns, drivers, and customer behavior, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, interpret data patterns, and utilize a variety of data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations * Capacity to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with designing, executing, and analyzing A/B/MVT test builds **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space * Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and customer acquisition strategies **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a world-renowned entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
