As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems, as well as providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop data solutions that meet their requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Recognize potential solutions to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation. * Develop and maintain business cases and proposals, as well as communicate project actions and tasks assigned. * Analyze source system data to determine data relationships, plan developments, consistency, and quality, and integrate data into existing actual data models. * Define social tables, primary and foreign keys, and stored procedures to create a data model design. * Demonstrate expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of project plans by providing expert guidance and direction to others in the use of data and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs. * Provide data arrangements that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end-users. * Maintain the data quality and data integrity of the data in association with data engineers and platform leads. * Provide precise effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, and claim and support projects from start to finish. * Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management. * Collaborate and work with teams across the organization to understand their needs in analytics and create dashboards and reporting to support business capabilities. * Create processes, and best practices, execute projects, and ensure business needs are being met. Investigate business and production issues. * Willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies rapidly. **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or any engineering discipline, statistics, or information systems. * 5+ years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing, or data engineering environments. * 5 years of experience in designing, implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to convey data with quality.
