**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our premium clients, exceeding their expectations, and building lasting relationships. Your expertise will be the key to unlocking unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering the best.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome and engage with clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
* Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed client expectations
* Employ the Client's First mindset to ensure seamless and personalized experiences
* Offer travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to enhance client relationships
* Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client requirements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based platforms and tools
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the travel industry, including reservation experience
* Knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
