**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and services. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Contacting Patients**: Reach out to patients regarding the delivery of equipment and take patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Verifying Patient Information**: Ensure accurate patient information and timely order placement to meet our high standards of quality care.

* **Troubleshooting**: Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed to ensure seamless delivery of equipment.
* **Medical Documentation**: Obtain necessary medical documentation and troubleshoot patient-related problems to provide exceptional care.
**What We Require (Essential Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **Medical Field Experience**: Experience in the medical field and administrative record management is essential for this role.
