Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our remote team. **What You'll Do** As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include: * Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other account-related matters * Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries **Minimum Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Ability to complete an on-demand digital interview as part of the application process * Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule * Ability to be on camera at all times * US-based role only **Preferred Qualifications** * 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months * Banking customer service experience **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice * Has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekend work * On-camera work environment * Equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues with ease, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join arenaflex's remote team as a Credit Card Customer Service Representative.
