**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Retail Store Operations**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your key priorities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction * Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Principle Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner * Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience * Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from stockroom to sales floor * Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store * Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system * Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment * Perform all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
