We believe in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You will work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and agile requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of millions of people * A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field * 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A strong commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and professional development **About Our Work Environment** We use a hybrid approach to working, which combines in-office collaboration with virtual work when not on-site.
