**Experienced Inbound Sales Representative – Home Merchandise Sales and Customer Experience**

**Job Summary:**
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You will work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and responsiveness to our customers. Your daily schedule will be available in our scheduling system, and you will be required to audit your schedule at the beginning of each shift to ensure you are aware of assigned break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound sales calls, providing a first-class customer purchasing experience
* Contact item providers to seek additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
* Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building compatibility, and more
* Consider customers' needs and continuously look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or strategically pitching products that may not have been initially considered
* Maintain a high level of focus on customers, free from distractions, for the entire shift
* Utilize moderate comfort and skills with technology and multitasking to offer a first-rate customer experience with every guest
* Stay up-to-date with cycle and strategy changes through email or the chat channel
* Explore network difficulties, special customer requests, and more
* Participate actively in team commitment exercises, selling challenges, and other aspects of our culture
**Top Season Requirements:**
* May require changed schedules and/or mandatory overtime
**What You'll Need:**
* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically while working in a high-speed environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a call center/retail/virtual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
* Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, while maintaining a high level of critical thinking skills
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Open to learning and utilizing software applications required for the job
* Normal and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
* You are engaging and can use your personality to connect with others quickly
* You promote suitable product solutions and influence customers to purchase from arenaflex
* You are serious, have an optimistic attitude, and are open to change

* Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
