**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting Shopify store owners in managing their day-to-day operations and customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional live chat customer support to businesses' customers via their websites and social media accounts
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Guiding customers through their purchasing process and providing detailed product information

**Key Responsibilities**
* Live Chat Customer Support:
