We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and excellence, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our values and passion for excellence. **Job Summary** As the Sales Support and Services Manager for Disney Get-away Club, you will be responsible for leading a team of DVC Cast Members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall visitor experience. This is a remote role, with opportunities to work from home and travel to Disney properties as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of DVC Cast Members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Regulate the work requirements and management of the DVC Sales Association, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall visitor experience * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall sales performance * Work closely with the Sales and Lead Age groups to provide daily operational support and drive business growth * Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DVC Partners and DVC Advisors * Collaborate with tasks groups at Walt Disney World Resort to adjust sales methodologies, infrastructure requirements, and visitor experience improvements * Ensure that the fundamental infrastructure, both physical and mechanical, is established to support sales tasks across different areas * Collaborate with creation groups to develop compelling marketing materials that support sales efforts and enhance the visitor experience **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience supporting outreach group tasks * Understanding of the sales cycle, including customer engagement and conversion process * Understanding of work and evaluating functionality crucial for managing operational assets * Ability to identify, develop, and invest in talent within your team to promote engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction * Ability to lead and direct Cast performance and drive operational upgrades * Commitment to diversity and promoting a comprehensive workplace * Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions that align key objectives and support dynamic cycles * Capability in focusing on and managing projects and deadlines in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment * Capability in working with presentations before groups * High-level capability in using various computer programs, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Available to travel and work on-site at Disney properties * Ability to be adaptable with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Favored Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience as a Visitor Experience Manager * Knowledge of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques * Labor force Management Experience * Experience with continuous improvement processes * Experience in really managing vendor relationships * Capability in using software like Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs * Experience with IT systems to plan virtual show meetings **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales, customer service, and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
