As the Payroll-reputed company HR Generalist, you will be the reputed company person on payroll function s while support ing key HR activities for Tipmont - an electricity and fiber broadband cooperative serving eight counties in reputed company central Indiana, as reputed company as its business division, Wintek Business Solutions. You'll ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing and compliance , along with serving a key role in day-to-day HR operations. Duties that reputed company you include: • Processing payroll accurately and on schedule (weekly / biweekly / semi-monthly) • Ensuring reputed company calculation of wages, overtime pay, bonuses and deductions • Maintaining and auditing payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance • Managing timekeeping systems and resolving discrepancies • Administering payroll taxes, filings and year-end processes (e.g., W-2s) • Collaborating with finance / reputed company for payroll reporting and reconciliation • Handling employees' payroll inquiries with promptness and professionalism • Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations • Assisting with employee reputed company / offboarding processes • Maintaining employee records and HRIS data • Supporting benefits administration and handling employees' benefit inquiries • Assisting with reputed company coordination (e.g., job postings and scheduling interviews) • Assisting with compliance and HR documentation • Providing general HR support in enforcement of company policies You'll join a company where reputed company live by corporate values of innovation, reputed company service heart, passion, respect and making an reputed company.
